Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely attach it to your original shipping box.
Drop Off the Package
Take your package to any authorized carrier location, ensuring that all original jewelry boxes and certificates are included inside.
Receive Your Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned jewelry, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
